After more than 92 years, the RAAF Association family continues to-day as it did yesterday. Members joining together and helping ex-service and serving Air Force,
Navy and Army aviation personnel including their families.
Often considering others where our friendship and or assistance can be of help.

The Association offers members the enjoyment of friendship, fellowship and camaraderie with meetings, re-unions and social functions which are both Division and Branch organised. This association of mates started in 1921 with a group of Australian Flying Corps airmen.
To-day the RAAF Association family continues those same traditions and more with each changing year.

  There are no strangers amongst us, just friends we have not met yet

FOR OUR FRIENDS IN NEED
The RAAF Association is a charitable not for profit organisation having members committed and dedicated towards;

Supporting and assisting members for their Welfare and Social needs.

Providing assistance and advice for advocacy and benefits to the wounded, injured or illness caused from their service to their Nation.

Supporting Commemorative activities, and

Preserving Defence and Aviation history.

Hi Marie, As a descendant and not being a carer you could not march with the WRAAF contingent. More information on the SIGNIFICANT EVENTS - ANZAC DAY 2013 Page.

is it possible to check out a friend through his ID number he has given me - he is in the RAAF and I just wanted to find out some more information

Dick Wills 02.03.2013 23.18

Hello Bek, No, the Association does not have RAAF personnel details, nor could it give out a members personal information without the members consent.

April 10th when we had the wall dedicated was one of the most moving and exciting days. Having 6 original members of 10 and 461 there will always be remembered.
